General Terms and Conditions of Business

Scope of application

For all deliveries of Toro3D by Michael Handwerker (hereinafter referred to as Toro3D) to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.


Contractual Partner


The sales contract is concluded with Toro3D by Michael Handwerker, owner: Michael Handwerker, Marie-Curie-Straße 6, 85055 Ingolstadt


Conclusion of contract


The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking the button [buy/order with costs] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

Prices and shipping costs


The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value added tax (if you are based within Europe) and other price components.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 7.49 Euro per order for delivery within Germany and 17.99€ within Europe. The shipping costs will be clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Cash on delivery is not offered. There are no further taxes or costs for customers within Europe. Customers outside of Europe might have to pay duty or other import related fees.


Delivery


Delivery within Europe with DHL, DPD or Hermes.
The delivery time is up to 7 days. On possibly deviating delivery times we point out on the respective product page.


Payment


Payment can be made only in advance.
If you choose payment in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.


Retention of title


Until full payment, the goods remain our property.


Dispute Resolution


The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is provided by the European Commission to make online shopping safer and fairer through access to quality dispute resolution tools. The platform can be found at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
