Pueblo Red hot sauce is quite simply the best Mexican style sauce on the market. We moved here to Pueblo, Colorado just to make this sauce.
This thick and bold sauce is concocted with roasted Pueblo dynamite chiles that have ripened to a deep red in the hot Pueblo sun. We took those chiles and mixed them with shallots, garlic, cumin, and a pinch of sea salt to bring you the ULTIMATE in bold roasted chile and garlic packed flavor.

We moved here to Pueblo, Colorado for one reason. To show off the Pueblo Chile’s versatility to the world. With Pueblo Reserve, we did just that!
One taste of this slightly sweet, tart, and savory sauce will have you hooked at the first drop. Sun ripened red Pueblo Chiles have been mixed up with orange juice, tamarind, raisins, and a blend of spices to make an ultra complex and mildly spicy sauce unlike anything you’ve had before.

It’s finally back! After rediscovering a hidden gem and a lot of hard work, we were able to bring back our To The Moon as originally intended! Taste the awesome difference the freshly roasted peppers make in this already epic sauce!
This is To The Moon as it was originally incarnated. We found an old notebook of recipes and the very first formulation of To The Moon was right there! The main difference in this version of To The Moon is the use of freshly roasted red habaneros instead of using a mash, a higher garlic content, and a pinch more smoked ghost pepper to provide the rocket fuel.
This formulation of To The Moon is very thick, smoky, garlic packed, and HOT. It’s flavor is more akin to a Mexican Restaurant salsa than a hot sauce. Perfect for tacos, pizza, or anything that needs a super smoky kick of flavor and heat!
Please note, we had to search high and low for a source for fresh red habaneros and we didn’t end up with much. That means this is a SUPER limited product unless we can find a steady supply of fresh red habanero to roast. Atom Splitter hot sauce is a super spicy mango and guava hot sauce powered by the Douglah 7 Pot chile.
You’ll want a glass of milk on stand-by when you eat this sauce. Douglah 7 Pot chiles rank in at 1.8 million SHU (scoville) and have been described as having an earthy floral flavor. The Douglah 7 pots have been combined with the tropical flavor of mangos and guava backed by a pinch of blue agave nectar to round out all the flavors in this nuclear sauce.
